Eat Green Grow Green is a community initiative we launched to help address food insecurity and food deserts through education, gardening, and youth leadership. We believe that growing even in a small amount of food can help families become more self-sufficient and connected to healthier food choices.

Through this initiative, scholars learn container gardening, hydroponics, food justice, and entrepreneurship while gaining hands-on experience growing food in small spaces. They also share their knowledge with others through community workshops, demonstrations, and  outreach events.

As scholars progress through the program, they earn certifications and become Food Justice Ambassadors, using their skills and knowledge to educate, inspire, and serve their communities, Our goal is simple: empower young people to be part of the solution while helping more families discover that anyone can grow food anywhere.
